The use of Sulphur Dioxide (SO2) helps raisins to be more light-coloured and furthermore it kills all the insects that live within the raisins. The Sulphuring Machine process products with a continuously flow.
The dimensions of the machine are adjusted to the needs of the customer. It is consisted of the main body where raisins are processed with the SO2 and of the vacuum system to absorb away the SO2.
Furthermore, the machine includes an electrical resistance to warm up SO2. This is because usually it is conserved in big bottles in liquid form, but the machine requires SO2 in gas form.
It is completely constructed by stainless steel AISI 304.
